Evan Gallagher was our contractor for our kitchen renovation last summer, which involved completely gutting the old kitchen and installing new everything. We had never heard of a kitchen reno that went ‘according to plan’ - there were always delays, cost overruns, disagreements with the trades, etc. Now we can say we know of at least one!
Our renovation went exactly as Evan predicted it would, and within budget. Evan was always pleasant, professional and punctual. He knew exactly what he was doing and wrangled the trades, making sure they did what they were supposed to do, when they were supposed to do it. When one contractor was unable to delivery our counter-top on time, Evan found someone who could. And Evan is a skilled worker, able to perform some of the work himself and keep costs in line.
We’re thrilled with the end product and very happy we chose Evan Gallagher as our contractor. We plan to use him for our up-coming bathroom renovation.
